-DEPOSIT With every service there will be a deposit required. That IS NOT REFUNDABLE. -Late Policy Please text me before your appointment if you are running behind. I CANNOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE. If you notified me in enough time I will reschedule but if it’s last minute and repeatedly being done I will charge no show fee. -Refund Policy There is a strict no refund policy. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your service, please communicate your concerns within 72 hours. A complimentary touch-up is available if concerns are voiced within 72 hours. All touch-up appointments must be within 3 days of your intial service appointment. If it is over 3 days it is a MINI FILL After that period of time it is your responsibility to take care of your lashes. -Incase of a Allergic Reaction Please let me know the moment you are noticing irritation, redness, burning, and or any reaction. Your Eyelash Extensions will be removed free of charge. -Consent/Intake Forms You WILL BE emailed the form. I have all rights to refuse and service at any time. Prices are subjected to change any time! -ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT Please text me when you arrive to my location. Wait for me to text you to come in -NO MAKE UP Show up to your appointment 100% makeup free on your eyes. You will be CHARGED $15-$25 if we have to lash bath. -NO PHONES No phones during appointment if you are expecting a call or a text tell me before appointment starts. -NO GUEST ALLOWED IN THE ROOM DURING APPOINTMENT. Doing lash extensions is very precise and delicate work. On top of that trying to do it fast and efficient. THERE IS A WAITING AREA -Please note: The time indicated for your service is the estimated time allocated for each appointment and includes your complimentary consultation and post appointment room sanitisation. Be prepared to spend 2-2 1/2 hours Your appointment may not require the maximum duration to complete your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation, Late and No Show Policy Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee. (Deposit is non refundable) In the event that a late cancellation or no show shall occur, you will be charged 50% of the service will be charged(unless it’s filled by another client) No show fee If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service and WILL BE required to pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled. Late policy If you are running late, please TEXT ME I WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and marked as a no-show (with a no-show fee) as there will be insufficient time to complete your service
