CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Late and No Show Policy Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee. (Deposit is non refundable) In the event that a late cancellation or no show shall occur, you will be charged 50% of the service will be charged(unless it’s filled by another client) No show fee If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service and WILL BE required to pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and marked as a no-show (with a no-show fee) as there will be insufficient time to complete your service Rescheduling if you cancel or reschedule 3 times in a row, you are required to put down a 50% non-refundable fee that’s credited towards the service, every single time they book
